Hose Facet / Spigot
Often time people forget to disconnect their hose during the winter. This will cause the faucet to freeze and bust inside the wall. Most people don’t notice until they turn their hose faucet on in the spring and water starts spraying out of the wall. This is normally a simple replacement and often can be done within an hour.
Whether it’s a sink, toilet, shower, or main sewer line, we can get it cleared out and draining like it should. If there’s a problem with the actual pipes we are licensed plumbers with the knowledge to fix the problem. If the pipes are not properly fixed the problem could reoccur. Pressure Reducing Valve
In the mountains we can get water pressure in excess of 200 psi (pounds per square inch). This high water pressure needs to be reduced in order for your water system to continue to work properly. This can also damage your fixtures and often causes the pressure relief valve on your water heater to leak. Low water pressure, dripping shower valve, and toilet running can all be an indication that your pressure reducing valve needs to be inspected and/or replaced.
